The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is the official home of your Her Best Life 2024 Flagship Experience.

Rooms are still available at the Her Best Life discounted room rate. The booking link is emailed to you immediately after you purchase a ticket or you can access the booking link here.

As a Her Best Life attendee, you will receive a discounted room rate, discounted resort fee, and group benefits at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

Did you know? Fontainebleau was the original resort in Miami Beach in the 1950's? With Hollywood connections galore, stunning architecture, and breathtaking views of the both city and sea, Fontainebleau has it all!

Rooms may still be available in the Her Best Life discounted room block through September 11 (depending on hotel availability). Please book your room as soon as possible.

What is the discounted group room block rate?

• The base room rate is $275/night for Her Best Life.
• A discounted daily resort fee and taxes apply.
• A limited number of pre- and post-event nights are available at the group rate.***
• Additional guest fees may apply based on the number of individuals in the room.
• A credit card is required to guarantee your hotel reservation.

Is there a deposit required to book my room?
A deposit equal to 1 night's room and tax is required at the time of booking and will be charged within 48 hours of being confirmed. This advanced deposit equivalent to the one night is non-refundable. 

***How do I book extra nights?
If you would like to book pre- or post-event room nights, and they do not appear on the booking link, contact the Fontainebleau directly at (800) 548-8886 and choose Option 2.

Additional nights can be added to your existing reservation (based on availability) by following the steps above.

What is the Check-In time? 
Hotel check-in is 4pm ET.

What is the Check-Out time?
Hotel check-out is 11am ET. 

I have a roommate, how do we book our room?
One of you should make the reservation. If known, list the names of the other room guests in the notes section of your reservation form. Only the individual booking the room will be required to enter their credit card information to reserve the room. It is advised that you handle splitting the room rate and charges amongst yourselves (i.e. one person pays and gets reimbursed by the others).

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival in order to prevent additional charges.

If I have trouble with my reservation or questions about my room, what should I do? 
Her Best Life does not have access to hotel booking information. Your room reservation is an agreement between you and the hotel. Contact the Fontainebleau directly at (800) 548-8886 for assistance with your reservation.

What is a "Circle"? Who's in mine? How do I find out?:

"Circles" are a signature component of all Her Best Life Flagship Experiences.

By thoughtfully curating Circles of women to help each other grow, both personally and professionally, we aim to facilitate connections that help you experience the kind of collaboration and support that fuels explosive growth and success.

It's a proven fact that leaning in to your Circle for just a few days in Miami, or for months and even years to come, CAN AND WILL impact you in amazing ways, changing your life!

Some Circles stay connected beyond the event, and some Circles get all the support they need from each other during the event. Either is OK. Everyone is looking for something different out of their Her Best Life experience.

How do I find out who is in my Circle?

Her Best Life will send an email to your entire Circle. This email will list name and contact info for each woman in the Circle as well as highlight the Circle Queen. 

Keep an eye on your inbox for messages from [email protected] and add us to your contacts or safe senders list so we don't get sent to spam/junk.

If you have not received information about your Circle, email [email protected] or text/call Angela at (616) 915-1691. 

Those who register after September 8 may get connected with their Circle at registration. 

What's a "Circle Queen"?

Each Circle has a "Circle Queen" who helps coordinate connection and, for the 2024 event, will help plan a group dinner or activity on Tuesday, September 17 after the Glow Up Happy Hour & Dance Party ends at 8pm.

Watch for communications from your Circle Queen.

 How are Circles created?

The Her Best Life Founders and Team thoroughly review and thoughtfully consider the replies to each attendee pre-event survey to curate Circles. We thank you for completing yours. 

I'm already in a Circle from before, now what?

Some attendees may already be in a Circle from a previous event and we may have indicated a desire to stay with that existing Circle. If not everyone from that Circle is attending this year, additional women will have been added to the group. We encourage to everyone to be open to new relationships with all women at your table, because our motto is "may the circle be open, but forever unbroken."

Several activities we have planned for Miami are "larger group" activities that we encourage your entire table to complete together. Click HERE to watch Seychelle's message about this.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you cannot use your ticket, you may transfer it to another individual.
